Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization (Required)
Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

An incorrect item received
In such cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or cover return shipping at our discretion.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Fulfillment & Return Locations
Orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party fulfillment partners, including AliExpress suppliers with U.S.-based inventory when available.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier location.
❗ Returns should never be sent to the original shipping address unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
Refunds
“Refunds are issued for the item price only, excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.”
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
